"I would and do recommend your tugs to any one who asks me about them. As a matter of fact I did that to one of our customers yesterday. I come in contact with many pilots and mechanics in my duties at Cessna. We have had several who wanted a picture our (your) bright red tug connected to their new Cessna as they were preparing to leave.
"Our new tug has worked great in the few months that we have had it. Thanks for building such a great product."

"I just wanted to let you know how happy we are with the outstanding customer service we receive from your company, and Steven Hill in particular. When we need parts, or if we have a question, Steve makes sure that we get what we need to get the job done. His recommendations have saved us countless hours and dollars. I am also very impressed with LEKTRO's spare parts inventory. On the extremely rare occasions that the part is not in stock, Steve makes sure to keep us updated with an accurate delivery date, and we always get it before or on the date promised.
"LEKTRO is the rare company whose products and service regularly exceed our expectations. It is the best in the business, bar none."
Kurt Jansen | GSE Material Planner, Comair Airlines | www.comair.com

"It has been my great pleasure over the course of the last year to have worked with Steven Hill from the parts department. Time and again he has shown himself to be conscientious, knowledgeable, and devoted to the service of his clients. He has always returned my inquiries in an extremely expedient fashion. He has gone above and beyond repeatedly to make sure that our company was the recipient of the very quickest delivery of needed parts. Mr. Hill has always conducted himself in a professional manner, and has always been a pleasure to talk to. It is refreshing to have contact with an employee with such competence and good-spirited work ethic.
"Mesa Air Group operates a number of LEKTRO units, upon which we are solely dependent at some stations. This fact creates an urgent dynamic in times of equipment damage, or the unforeseen wear out of parts that may not be held at the ready here. There have been several occasions that prompted me to request expedited service or simply required information and Mr. Hill has always taken ownership of our issues with us and followed through until we were at a resolution. He responds with an urgency that mirrors our need, and has always been able to effectively communicate what expectations we could have about our orders. It is with great sincerity that I compliment this gentleman that is an outstanding asset to your company. My dealings with LEKTRO are consistently productive and pleasant, thanks in great measure to Mr. Hill."

" Dear LEKTRO,
"I have spent a good portion of my aviation career utilizing LEKTRO Tugs. We have big ones, small ones, old ones and every now and then a new one. Lets face it they work hard and rarely let you down.
"One day I was seduced by a new shinny bright blue all electric tug. It promised to be better. It promised to do more. It promised to be more reliable. It promised to...Well it didn't and couldn't and we don't have it anymore.
"I now know I will spend the rest of my aviation career with dependable and safe LEKTRO Tugs.".
Michael Slingluff | General Manager, Galaxy Aviation of St. Augustine
"We have had our LEKTRO 8850 for just about a year now and I wanted you to know it has become one of our most important pieces of equipment.
"We are a very small FBO in Western Colorado that handles several large and small jets due to the diversions that we get from two major ski resorts. We have four large hangars which consist of about 80,000 square feet. From November through April those hangars are very popular with our transient traffic. With our new LEKTRO we are able to organize our hangars much SAFER and more EFFICIENTLY than ever before and we are able to ACCOMMODATE many more planes.
"There have been several cases in the past that we could not get an aircraft in the hangar due to icy conditions on our ramp and in front of the hangars. With our LEKTRO we have not had any trouble towing any plane in any condition.
"From the Rifle Jet Center Line Crew to the pilots that fly in and out of RIL, we want to thank you for your product and support. Our LEKTRO AP8850SDA truly has been the best investment that we have ever made."
Justin Carver | FBO Manager, Rifle Jet Center, Rifle, Colorado
..."Just a note and some pics to show the crowd we had for the Michigan-Ohio State game. We had 56 jets, 25 or so piston on the ground. In the 3rd quarter we had 16 more jets come in, and 11 planes in line, on the taxi-way, waiting for a space. We moved everything effortlessly with your product. This included aircraft I have not moved in 17 years here, old Sabers, new Legacy jets and everything in the middle. We started at 05:45 with the LEKTRO, and ran the batteries down to 21% by the start of the game. We put it on the charger for 44 minutes until I had to have it again, and then put it away at 23:30 at 32%.
...
"This is quite a testament to your product."

"This is just a note to tell you how happy I am with the purchase of the Lektro AP8850 tug from you. As you know I had purchased a large FBO in Anchorage who had two large diesel tugs and an AP8750, all were older and well worn. I needed new tugs for the operation we had planned, our competitors were using Eagle all wheel drive models, they were the smaller Eagles which they chained up in the winter. I really didn't want to chain up due to the damage to the hangar floor so I began research. I contacted Eagle and they recommended the Eagle 12 six wheel all wheel drive. I called you and you thought the AP 88 would be ideal, but I was skeptical that your tug could match the stability and sheer pulling power on our iced up ramp. I came down for a test drive and bought the AP8850, I also bought an Eagle 12, still not believing that the LEKTRO could handle the ice with a large corporate aircraft attached.....man was I wrong!!!
"That summer we used the Eagle for the ramp work and the Lektro was regulated to the hangar due to its vastly superior maneuverability and simplicity of operation in tight quarters. Well that first winter was really icy, one night a brand new Gulfstream 550 was doing a quick turn and then on delivery in Russia. Well they couldn't get clearance to Russia and would have to be towed into the hangar, they were out 1000 yards in a de-icing area down hill from the ramp and it was all wet ice...32 degrees and 25 to 35 knots of gusting warm wind. We sent the Eagle out and hooked the tow bar and began to move the plane, the wind hit it when it got onto our ramp and blew the plane and the tug about 15 feet off line. I told them to stop, the last thing I wanted was to have a 50 million dollar aircraft to slide off the ramp in a windstorm. My ramper sanded the area around the tug which helped but the aircraft was still moving around behind the tug. I put a stop to the whole operation and said lets try the Lektro. Its tires were well siped and with the weight transfer to the drive wheels and no tow bar I thought we would be much better off. Well it was like the Cavalry coming to the rescue. We drove the Lektro out onto the wet ice and came up under that 550 hoisted her up and just drove off, no muss no fuss. We all shook our heads, that tug is amazing it will out pull anything in ice and snow PERIOD. It is easy to operate and offers greater control than a tow bar. Much greater control.
"If anyone questions the usability and the superiority of the Lektro tell them to call me!
"Thanks again,"
Douglas Gallant | Arctic Crossroads Holdings Inc./Great Circle Flight Services Inc., Anchorage, Alaska
"We have experienced nothing but excellent, professional, and caring service from John Patton of LEKTRO. He calls periodically to make sure his product is doing the job we need. (How many other companies do you know that have this commitment?) We have saved time and money by not having to worry with repairs to, and the inconvenience of, towbars. We are very pleased with the performance of the equipment and the outstanding customer service."
Rex Hinkle | President, Cook Aviation, Inc., Bloomington, IN
"We recently concluded a test exclusively using the entire range
of LEKTRO tugs over an extended period at our busiest locations. We took
our conventional tugs totally out of service and relied only on LEKTRO
tugs. The LEKTRO TLTVs handled everything on the ramp and exceeded our
expectations concerning reliability, efficiency and maneuverability...the
LEKTRO tugs proved to be the safest tow vehicles we have ever utilized."
Andy Reeves | FBO Signature Flight Support, Charlotte, NC
"I am writing this letter to tell you of the astonishment and delight we have come to realize with your product. While the flood waters were advancing upon the airport, I decided to try one of the 5 LEKTROs we have on the field and see if it would make it through the water…To everyone’s
astonishment it worked with great ease. Through the use of all five LEKTROS
we were able to save approximately 30 aircraft ranging from corporate jets
to Cessna’s, through waters up to 4 feet deep..."
Mathew Witte | Lineman/ARFF, Pitt-Greenville Airport, Greenville,
NC
"…we have had our LEKTRO 8700 for almost two years now. I
cannot tell you enough how pleased we are with the unit and how it improves
the efficiency of our operation…reflected in our reduced maintenance expenses in fuel, oil changes, towbar repairs, and of course in eliminating hangar rash incidences. As our business and hangars have filled up, the LEKTRO has allowed us to stack aircraft more efficiently, thus reducing cost and increasing revenues."
"California is pretty tough environmentally. LEKTRO is a natural tool to present to the EPA in meeting their strict requirements."
Curt Castagna | Vice President and GM, Aeroplex Aviation, Long Beach,
CA
"We are one of the largest Gulfstream operators and I purchased this with Gulfstream in mind. After a short time, I authorized our Lear, Hawker, Citation, Astra and Westwind aircraft to be moved with this tug. The results are fantastic. Hangar rash has become non-existent because of great visibility, and as aircraft pivot on its axis, we are able to stack hangars tighter, thus using every inch of space.
"In addition to the handling, we have saved considerably on fuel…The
Air Group, Inc. is happy to have this tug and would recommend it to anyone."
Michael J. Ross | The Air Group, Van Nuys, CA
"The LEKTRO 8800 tug is ideal for our operation. As you know, our hangar is a tight fit for the Gulfstream II and there is limited maneuvering space on the ramp. With this tug, we are able to stage the aircraft with minimum risk of damage. The LEKTRO has allowed us to progress to larger aircraft without building a larger hangar. We also appreciate the other advantages of low maintenance and the ability to baby the aircraft while moving it."
